About the role:

We are looking for an Administrator to join their small but growing team in their Isle of Man office on a part time basis (approx. 20hrs per week).

Responsibilities:

  • Office Management
  • Collating and reporting data on sales performance
  • Calculating commissions
  • Paying suppliers and expenses
  • Invoicing clients
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Booking travel and meetings
  • Handling and sending company correspondence
  • Organising company events
  • Co-ordinating introducer agreements
  • Answering the phone
  • Other ad hoc admin duties
