We are seeking a capable and motivated Assembly & Test Operator to support production across multiple value streams. The successful candidate will assemble components into complete or partial products of varying complexity and perform high pressure gas testing on completed assemblies while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble & test products accurately and consistently across assigned value streams.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the assembly process.
• Contribute to departmental and company performance goals.
• Perform daily tasks efficiently, ensuring products meet quality and scheduling requirements.
• Demonstrate strong 5S practices, professional competencies, and positive workplace behaviours.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements and support the company’s mission, vision, and values.
