Aviation Manager

The role focuses on responsible to assure aviation regulatory compliance of the departments procedures and activities, while promoting safety and security measures and actively assisting in efficient and effective project management.

Oversee daily operations with multiple type assets, in an offshore on shore operation

Meet customer request 24/7 in an ADHOC environment.

Provide support to all departments within the organisation to meet the customer’s needs and ensure a smooth high-end service.

• Oversight operations of helicopters and planes
• Crew management
• Supply chain control
• Budget and financial control of operation and base maintenance
• Continued Airworthiness oversight
• Contract review and business development
• AOG support and reporting
• Communication and relations with stake holders
• Problem acceptance and solution planning
• Coordinate training to match requirements and schedules
• Asset management

• Familiar with applicable aeronautical law
• VVIP experience
• Basic understanding of offshore services
• Comprehensive understanding of managing aviation suppliers, their teams, customer request and other divisions requests in a time critical and live operating environment
• Able to communicate strategically in an intercultural environment
