Provides accounting and administrative support across multiple entities. Member of the accounting and administrative team, supporting senior accounting staff as well as project managers and the procurement team.
· Maintaining financial records across multiple entities
· Managing accounts payable & receivable, invoicing and expense management
· Bank reconciliations, payment processing, journals & intercompany transactions
· Assistance with Month-end close, management reporting and audit
· Timely input of invoices to the invoice approval system
· Checking invoices to supporting analysis/contracts/expenses
· Preparation of monthly client billing
· Provide cover for colleagues of the accounting and admin team to include sickness and holiday cover, which may be include some, or all the above.
Person, skills, and knowledge specification
· Proven bookkeeping experience is a must, ideally CAT qualified (or working towards a recognised accounting qualification)
· Strong in Excel and accounting software, experience with SAP is preferred but not essential.
· Problem solving mindset
· Flexible and willing to support other team members.
· Organisation, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
