Join our Booking Call Centre team at Gregory Hills!
We’re seeking dedicated, patient-focused individuals to join our dynamic call centre team at Lumus Imaging in our brand-new, state-of-the-art practice located at Gregory Hills.
We are looking for individuals to work Monday to Friday, 9:30am–2:30pm—an ideal shift for families with children at school.
As a Call Centre Representative you will:
- Be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience.
- Book medical examinations and appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide clear and helpful information to patients and referrers.
- Maintain patient records with precision and attention to detail.
About you
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in administration and customer service (ideally in healthcare).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for patient care and a commitment to making a positive impact.
- Patience, care and understanding when supporting the most vulnerable members of our community.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining accuracy.
What your day will look like
- Answer inbound calls in a professional, caring and timely manner.
- Book, amend and reschedule imaging appointments accurately.
- Provide clear and concise information to patients and referrers regarding preparation, locations and services.
