About the role:
This role plays a key part in supporting the Group Regulatory Compliance Manager and wider Compliance team to ensure all group entities operate in line with applicable regulatory requirements. You’ll help embed a strong culture of compliance across the business, ensuring internal policies, procedures, and manuals are consistently applied across multiple jurisdictions and regulated entities.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of a group-wide compliance monitoring and testing framework across multiple regulated B2C and B2B gaming operators.
- Conduct compliance monitoring and testing of first line of defence (1LOD) activities, including player and operator onboarding, screening processes, risk assessments, and Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
Secondary Responsibilities
- Provide flexible cover and support to the Compliance team during periods of absence, peak workloads, or key reporting deadlines (e.g. large client onboarding or regulatory submissions).
- Contribute to group-wide reporting, risk assessments, regulatory requests, and ongoing risk management initiatives.
- Support ad-hoc compliance activities, including licensing applications, audits, thematic reviews, and regulatory change projects.
Knowledge & Experience
Essential
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar compliance role within a regulated entity (e.g. IoM FSA or IoM GSC).
- Strong working knowledge of AML/CTF regulations, including Due Diligence, Enhanced Due Diligence, and Sanctions & PEP screening.
Desirable
- Experience or exposure to online gambling regulation across multiple jurisdictions (e.g. Curaçao, Isle of Man, UK).
- Understanding of Data Protection and Safer Gambling requirements.

Qualifications (Desirable)
- ICA Certificate or Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention / AML, or equivalent professional qualification.
