1. Performance Marketing & Growth Analysis
● Unit Economics: Own the modeling for LTV (Lifetime Value) and CPA (Customer Acquisition Cost) to ensure a healthy ratio.

● Cohort Analysis: Partner with Data Science to analyze player retention curves and monetization behavior across different cohorts.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
● Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process with our external accountants and monthly rolling forecasts, specifically focusing on variable costs like platform services and user acquisition (UA).
● Burn & Runway: Manage the company’s cash flow, balancing aggressive growth reinvestment with the need for operational profitability. Lead the relationship with the external accountants.
● OpEx Management: Monitor departmental spending (Headcount, Software, R&D) to ensure the "cost of doing business" doesn't outpace revenue growth.
3. Strategic Decision Support
● Game Economy Health: Evaluate how in-game changes (economy rebalancing, new features) impact overall financial performance and retention.
● Risk Mitigation: Identify trends where LTV is softening or UA costs are spiking, and provide actionable recommendations to the leadership team.
