The Role

As Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for bringing clarity and control to business performance, with a strong focus on unit economics, marketing efficiency, and overall financial health.

You’ll work closely with leadership, marketing, and data teams to provide insights that directly influence decision-making, helping the business scale in a sustainable way.

What You’ll Be Doing

Performance & Growth Analysis

  • Own and develop models around LTV (Lifetime Value) and CPA (Customer Acquisition Cost)
  • Monitor ROAS and payback periods to ensure efficient marketing spend
  • Partner with Data teams to analyse player behaviour, retention, and monetisation trends

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting, with a focus on variable costs such as user acquisition and platform spend
  • Manage cash flow, burn rate, and runway, supporting sustainable growth
  • Monitor operational expenditure across teams to ensure costs scale appropriately with revenue

Strategic Support

  • Provide insight into product and game performance, including the financial impact of new features or changes
  • Identify risks and opportunities across the business, particularly around customer acquisition costs and lifetime value
  • Support leadership with data-driven recommendations to guide commercial decisions

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in Finance, ideally within gaming, SaaS, or e-commerce environments
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
  • Experience with SQL or BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau) is a plus
  • Solid understanding of key digital/gaming metrics such as ARPDAU, retention, churn, and LTV
  • A commercially minded approach, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
