The Role
As Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for bringing clarity and control to business performance, with a strong focus on unit economics, marketing efficiency, and overall financial health.
You’ll work closely with leadership, marketing, and data teams to provide insights that directly influence decision-making, helping the business scale in a sustainable way.
What You’ll Be Doing
Performance & Growth Analysis

Own and develop models around LTV (Lifetime Value) and CPA (Customer Acquisition Cost)

Monitor ROAS and payback periods to ensure efficient marketing spend

Partner with Data teams to analyse player behaviour, retention, and monetisation trends
Financial Planning & Analysis

Lead budgeting and forecasting, with a focus on variable costs such as user acquisition and platform spend

Manage cash flow, burn rate, and runway, supporting sustainable growth

Monitor operational expenditure across teams to ensure costs scale appropriately with revenue
Strategic Support

Provide insight into product and game performance, including the financial impact of new features or changes

Identify risks and opportunities across the business, particularly around customer acquisition costs and lifetime value

Support leadership with data-driven recommendations to guide commercial decisions
What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience in Finance, ideally within gaming, SaaS, or e-commerce environments

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency

Experience with SQL or BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau) is a plus

Solid understanding of key digital/gaming metrics such as ARPDAU, retention, churn, and LTV

A commercially minded approach, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
