We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Supervisor to lead and optimize our core human resources functions, including payroll, benefits administration, compensation strategy, compliance, and HRIS management. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, competitive and equitable compensation practices, and a seamless employee experience through effective benefits programs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of employment laws and regulatory compliance, along with hands-on experience managing and improving HR systems and data integrity. As a key member of the HR team, you will drive operational excellence, identify process improvements, and partner cross-functionally to support organizational goals while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and service.
JOB SUMMARY
The Supervisor, HR Operations is responsible for overseeing the administration and delivery of payroll, benefits, compensation, and HR information systems (HRIS) for the organization. This role ensures the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of HR operational processes that support employees and leaders across the organization.The position supervises HR operational staff and works closely with HR leadership, Finance, and Technology Services to ensure systems, programs, and processes operate effectively and align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The role also leads process improvements, system enhancements, and data governance related to employee information, compensation programs, payroll administration, and benefits delivery. Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
