Essential Functions:
The Supply Chain Program Lead (SCPL) for Maritime International Division in Canada will leverage their experience in supply chain and/or program or product management to lead cross-functional teams in developing robust supply chain strategies and executing key programs across MID products. In collaboration with functional leaders, the SCPM will implement tailored, “right-sized” practices for successful execution from early engineering design through the full product / project lifecycle. Emphasis will be placed on risk and opportunity management to ensure high-quality delivery.
The SCPL will be responsible for program cost, schedule, and compliance with internal policies and external Canadian regulations related to materials and subcontracts.
In this high-impact role, the SCPL will collaborate across departments and serve as a key interface between Supply Chain and Program/Product Offices, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Operations. This individual will also act as a Subject Matter Expert in supply chain and programmatic practices.
