About the Role

Lumus Imaging Liverpool is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. This is a patient-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact, ensuring every patient feels welcomed, informed, and supported during their visit.
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing appointment bookings and patient enquiries with professionalism and care

• Maintaining accurate patient records and completing data entry tasks

• Processing Medicare billing, payments, and performing end-of-day banking

• Assisting clinical staff to keep the workflow running smoothly

• Handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Tech-savvy: Confident using digital systems and troubleshooting issues

• Highly organised & adaptable: Capable of managing competing tasks with a calm approach

• Proactive and positive: Brings energy and a problem-solving attitude to the team

• Career-focused: Interested in long-term growth within the healthcare industry

• Healthcare experience a plus: Previous experience in medical reception or administration will be highly regarded

• Team player: Willing to collaborate and support colleagues across different situations
