About the Role

Lumus Imaging is currently seeking a friendly, organised and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team in Campbelltown on a full-time basis.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house support while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. You will work closely with radiographers, sonographers and the wider clinic team to ensure patients receive efficient and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and providing a professional first point of contact

• Managing patient bookings and appointment scheduling

• Registering patients and updating records within our systems

• Answering phone enquiries and assisting referrers and patients

• Managing Medicare and billing processes

• Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks

• Ensuring the reception area and workflow runs efficiently

About You

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a medical reception or healthcare administration role (highly regarded)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities

• A positive and professional attitude

• Strong attention to detail

• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
