About the Role

Join our friendly and professional team at Lumus Imaging Campbelltown! We are looking for a Medical Receptionist who is warm, organised, and enjoys helping people.

This role is full time or part time, with shifts covering 7:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, and an opportunity to work across several Campbelltown clinics.
This role is not suitable for students.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping to create a welcoming and positive experience at every visit. This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same, and your contribution directly supports our clinical teams.

What You Will Do

• Welcome patients and provide a professional, friendly first impression

• Manage appointments, patient registrations, and enquiries efficiently

• Support our radiologists and clinical staff with administrative tasks

• Maintain accurate records and keep clinic operations running smoothly

• Deliver friendly, efficient, and compassionate service every day

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

• Confidence using computer systems and learning new software

• Calm, professional, and efficient under pressure

• Full time or part time availaility (4-5 days per week)

• Previous medical or reception experience is a bonus, but not essential
