Job Purpose:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to convert warm, inbound B2B telecoms leads into successful deals. Leads will be generated via our website and managed through HubSpot, where you will be responsible for outbound follow-up, relationship management, and closing sales.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, ideally within a warm lead model, and a natural ability to build rapport with business customers. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, using a mix of phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email to engage leads and maximise conversion rates.

This role offers a competitive commission structure, rewarding performance based on the gross profit you generate above target.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Managing and responding promptly to inbound leads generated via the company website through HubSpot
• Making outbound sales calls to engage prospects, understand their business needs, and convert leads into paying customers
• Proactively following up with leads via multiple channels (phone, WhatsApp, text, email) to maintain engagement and drive conversion
• Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and conversion KPIs
• Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and opportunities within HubSpot CRM
• Building strong relationships with business customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process after deal closure
• Providing feedback and insights to help optimise lead quality and sales processes

• Proven sales experience, ideally in a B2B or telecoms environment
• Experience working with warm leads and converting them into successful deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
• Highly motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
