About the Role

Lumus Imaging Liverpool is seeking an experienced Sonographer to step into a rewarding training and mentorship role.

This is a unique opportunity for a Sonographer who has a genuine passion for education and professional development. You will play a pivotal role in upskilling our existing sonography team while also guiding and mentoring trainees who are new to the field.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering hands-on clinical training to sonographers at varying levels of experience
• Mentoring and supporting trainees
• Identifying skill gaps and developing tailored upskilling programs
• Maintaining your own clinical practice to stay at the forefront of the field
• Collaborating with site leadership to drive a culture of continuous learning

What You'll Bring

• Extensive clinical sonography experience across a broad range of modalities
• A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring and developing others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ASAR registration
• Previous training or education experience highly regarded
