About the role
This is a hands-on clinical role with a leadership dimension. Day to day you will:
- Perform CT and general X-ray examinations to a high diagnostic standard
- Produce quality images for radiologist interpretation and escalate critical findings promptly
- Lead and mentor a small team of junior radiographers
- Delegate workloads and support smooth daily operations
- Oversee stock management and equipment relevant to daily clinical operations
- Act as the senior point of contact, upholding high clinical and service standards
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused team culture
About you
- Demonstrated CT and general X-ray experience
- Experience in a senior or lead radiographer role, including people leadership or delegation
- Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Diagnostic Radiography) or equivalent
- Current AHPRA registration (MRPBA)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety, ARPANSA standards, and imaging protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
