About the role

This is a hands-on clinical role with a leadership dimension. Day to day you will:

  • Perform CT and general X-ray examinations to a high diagnostic standard
  • Produce quality images for radiologist interpretation and escalate critical findings promptly
  • Lead and mentor a small team of junior radiographers
  • Delegate workloads and support smooth daily operations
  • Oversee stock management and equipment relevant to daily clinical operations
  • Act as the senior point of contact, upholding high clinical and service standards
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused team culture

About you

  • Demonstrated CT and general X-ray experience
  • Experience in a senior or lead radiographer role, including people leadership or delegation
  • Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Diagnostic Radiography) or equivalent
  • Current AHPRA registration (MRPBA)
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Strong knowledge of radiation safety, ARPANSA standards, and imaging protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
