We are looking for a high-performing Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead on our growth and acquisition strategy. This is a foundational role to work with the marketing agency, ideal for a senior specialist or manager who is ready to own a marketing vertical and scale it.
In this position, you will be given the autonomy to define our digital presence, optimise our performance frameworks, and establish the processes that will facilitate our future expansion. You will be a hands-on strategist who thrives on managing the entire marketing lifecycle, from initial creative concepts to technical execution and ROI analysis.
Key Responsibilities
● Departmental Foundations: Take full ownership of the digital marketing roadmap, establishing best practices and scalable workflows for our acquisition channels.
● Full-Funnel Execution: Lead the end-to-end management of paid social campaigns, with a heavy emphasis on Meta and TikTok. You will handle technical targeting, creative testing, and daily optimizations to ensure consistent growth.
● Performance Analysis & Attribution: Monitor and report on the fiscal health of our campaigns. You will analyze CPA and ROAS across 7-day and 30-day windows to ensure marketing spend is converted into sustainable revenue.
● Creative Strategy: Direct the evolution of our visual and messaging assets. You will identify high-performing creative trends and work to ensure our design output is optimized for maximum conversion.
● Partnership & Agency Oversight: Act as the primary point of contact for our marketing agency and affiliate partners. You will manage the integration into major affiliate networks and ensure our external partners are delivering high traffic.
● Strategic Growth: Proactively identify new opportunities for expansion, whether through emerging platforms or innovative targeting techniques, to keep the brand at the forefront of the market.
● AI Development: Actively using AI in your day to day to enhance and optimise campaigns across the marketing mix
● Performance Targets: Responsible for the ROAS, Paid & Organic CPA to ensure that all targets are being made working alongside the marketing agency.
Experience & Requirements
● Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok for Business, with a strong understanding of pixel implementation and attribution modelling.
● Analytical Discipline: A data-first approach to marketing, with the ability to translate complex metrics into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
● Commercial Mindset: Strong experience managing budgets and a proven track record of maintaining efficient acquisition costs while scaling.
