The Customer Service, Warehouse & Distribution Operations role is responsible for ensuring RIM’s customers are handled effectively from start to finish. This includes activities such as quoting, shipment booking, invoicing, and problem solving for customers. Provides inventory management and receiving support.
RIM logistics, ltd. is a service based company the places the customer experience as the highest priority. Customer Service, Warehouse Services representatives are expected to be ready to assist the customer with whatever their needs are and ensure they have an outstanding experience. At a minimum, individuals hired into this role are expected to be fully capable in at least two of the areas defined below; with the understanding that they are expected to achieve certification in the remaining service areas over a defined period of time.
